At Jhilmil Accessories, we strive to deliver high-quality products. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we're here to help ensure your complete satisfaction.

Eligibility for Exchange or Refund

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please ensure:

  • The item is defective or incorrect from what was ordered.
  • You contact us within 2 days of delivery
  • You provide clear pictures of the damaged/incorrect item.
  • The item is in its original condition (if applicable)

Exchange and Refund Options

We offer the following solutions to ensure your satisfaction:

  • Replacement with the same item (subject to stock availability)
  • Exchange with another product of equal or higher value (price difference applies)
  • Refund is only applicable on defective item. ( Terms and conditions apply)

Shipping for Exchanges

  • Return cost will always be covered by the customer. 
    Shipping will be covered by us only if the wrong item was sent. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. 
  • Exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item. 

Important Notes

  • All refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.
  • Custom-made and Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
